Making a name for herself at such a young age, while also wowing people with her unique style and abilities, she's always looking for new inspiration.
From a father's idea to a unique creation
The spark for StitchBackStudio ignited with my dad. He came to me with an old woven tapestry blanket and a simple question: "Could you make a jacket from this?" I accepted the challenge, and the result was a jacket he absolutely loved. That moment was the beginning of our passion for transforming forgotten textiles into cherished fashion.
Our meticulous crafting process
Our process begins with careful consideration. We create our own unique patterns and meticulously lay them out on the chosen blanket or garment. This step is crucial for deciding which part of the fabric will feature prominently in the new design. Then, with a mix of excitement and nervousness, we make the very first cut, bringing a new vision to life.
